CBBG Summer Research Experience for Teachers

Calling all STEM-focused K-14 teachers!

We are seeking K-12 STEM teachers and community college STEM faculty to participate in a paid summer program that focuses on developing sustainable, biologically-controlled, and biologically-inspired solutions in the area of biogeotechnical engineering. Teachers will have the opportunity to directly participate in research as well as develop a related lesson plan that they will take back and incorporate into their own classroom in the coming academic year.

This year the program will be offered to local teachers (housing is not provided) at all four CBBG universities:

  • Arizona State University

  • Georgia Institute of Technology

  • New Mexico State University

  • University of California, Davis
